Northern Monks second BCA release sees them team up with their neighbours, North Brewing. Continuing the theme of showcasing underrated UK hop varieties, they selected fresh 2020 Bullion which brings an aromatic combination of dark currant and orange zest to this silky, oat-filled IPA which is complemented by the blueberry and soft, ripe tropical signature flavours of US Mosaic.
